The shopkeeper looks both pleased to see customers and concerned by how wet they are, but the former overrides the latter with the Fool's immediate interest.

He gives a resigned but amused sigh at what has caught the Fool's eye. Even from a little distance, that fabric does not appear to be ideal for inclement weather.
