The sight of the man bounding down the steps of one of the investment buildings, drew less attention than the fact that he seemed to be fairly new to the city. His confidence in himself bordered on cocky, she could tell that from a glance. Her years of experience with men had always lent itself well to her ability to judge, even without her empathetic abilities.

"Someone seems to have had a successful meeting," she commented, one brow arched in some sort of amusement.
