A yelp escapes him once this little critter tries to swipe him with that sword. He nearly falls over trying to avoid the incoming blade, accidentally pulling the trigger as he does. The pistol fires with a noisy blast but thankfully the large bullet missed its mark. Instead of killing the cat, the bullet shatters a potted plant sitting overhead on a window ledge. The shards of the vase comes raining down on Konoe as Bastien scrambles away.

"Are you crazy?!" Bastien shouts as he puts some distance between him and this batshit cat. "Don't you know a gun when you see one?! I could've killed you." In an effort to slow this murderous feline's approach, Bastien grabs the discarded trash nearby and starts hurling it at Konoe. Empty bottles, moldy boxes and smelly old crates come tumbling at Konoe one after the other.

"Je déteste les chats!" He yells in French as he keeps throwing things at the angry cat man.
