A triumphant roar of laughter escapes Bastien once the feline high tails it out of there. "Yeah! You better run!" He says after tossing another empty jug at the angry cat man. Despite all his boasting earlier, Bastien is glad he was able to deter him. Looks can be deceiving and the pirate is quite deceitful. It probably wouldn't be a fair fight if things grew serious for Bastien. He's not quite as much of a bumbling fool as he seems.

"I think killing the bloke would've ended me at the edge of Karma's wrath again." He mutters to himself as he pilfers through the trash. In his search, he spots a half-empty bottle of wine with the cork in it. Bastien fishes it out and dusts it off with his sleeve before yanking the cork out. He sniffs it curiously before taking a sip.

"Mhm! Not bad..." The pirate got his reward after all.
