When she mentioned that she wasn't the Chief of Police anymore, the tension seemed to break, at least on that; he rubbed at his face with his hands. "Dammit. I'm used to you having all the answers. You're palling around with that guy, and I thought you'd have some info on him - at least about that. I still want to know why that's been stalled out."
