Devin had debated about coming out to greet the Narrakra, but like many of the Dreamfolk that had experienced visions was too interested in solving this riddle to set it aside. He arrives not long after the Fool and follows after him when he pushes through the crowd to get to the front. Something has clearly drawn his attention.
