Almost as soon as Pepper was alerted to the latest influx of temporary Dreamfolk, she made a point to visit the Dreaming Bridge daily to see if her father or anyone else she knew had returned. So far she hasn't seen Virgil, but today she spots a familiar orange coat out of the corner of her eye and does a double-take.

Pepper switches direction and jogs over to where her friend is prodding at the shadow attached to her. It's such a Raine thing to do it almost hurts.

"Raine!" She calls out, grinning. The smile falters momentarily when she realizes that there's no guarantee Raine will know her, and that stops Pepper from wrapping her in a hug. "...Please tell me you remember me."
