She sniffed the bibiru's nose, trying not to wiggle in delight as it sniffed back. She couldn't pet it, her paws were too big, but she wanted to. Meira whined softly, but the sense of pain, or at least, a type of pain, drew her attention to the short man. Her green eyes settled, trying to figure out why the pain accompanied the mention of his friend. The name of the pain came a moment later, a sort of concern, an uncertainty.
