He seizes Devin's arm with one hand, while the other has a firm grip on those wind chimes.
He looks at them with very wide eyes for a moment longer, before he lifts them up rather triumphantly and turns his eyes back on Devin, looking rather too pleased with himself for someone who nearly fell out a window.
He grins and tips his chin up. "I daresay that could have gone worse."
