"Nice." Pepper holds a hand up for a high-five on stopping criminals. "Yeah, Tony's practically my brother," she says brightly. "He mentioned he came back with someone but I think I was a little bit too busy being glad he was back at all to ask about the details." Pepper's smile turns faintly sheepish. "He's a good person to be in a confusing situation with, though, I'm glad you bumped into him."

She shakes her head to the last. "Tony made all of our armor; honestly, I don't know nearly enough about how it works. He's the engineering genius. You might end up having to adapt what you're used to as far as tools and stuff, but I but he'd be interested in trying to build it as long as he can find materials for it." And, you know, get paid, but those are details that can be sorted out later.

"There's gotta be a way to make ink that doesn't involve catching pigmy squids out in the bay," Pepper muses to herself. "'Cause that's not gonna be fun for the squids. You know, I actually have no clue how pen ink is made," she realizes. "I think the three of us should meet up and do some brainstorming on this, it could be serious fun."

And goodness knows they could always use more fun around here.
