Slightly weirder than the fact that the Dreaming's translation magic still insists on rendering some of Kai's language into almost-nonsense words like 'shwaffles'; slightly less weird than Kai's probably unintentional implication that the clock has likes and dislikes and might therefore be sentient.

Tony looks at the clock with sudden trepidation. "Well, I hope it didn't have an opinion. Otherwise I might have just pissed off a magical artifact, and I'm not sure what happens if a self-aware self-assembling clock gets mad at me."
