As promised, Gene has been spending time at the townhouse with Pepper so that she's not alone. Tony, too, when he extricates himself from whatever his latest construction project is - it'll be good for his business, but someday he's going to have to learn how to take it a little bit easier. She's feeling marginally more energetic today and up to making tea herself, so she's the one carrying mugs of tea to the living room where Gene is settled. There is also a small plate of cookies balanced a little precariously on one arm, but she manages to put the mugs and plate down without spilling or breaking anything.
