The Void snapped at her, and considering its size and the fact it had seven heads, she flinched, drawing Revelations and bringing it around to miss the serpent by a mere breath.

"Dammit, Miles," she yelled, dodging another swipe by the Void.

Dragon. Thorns. Spinning wheel...another crash as the Void whipped its tail through several walls. It would bring the building down if she didn't do something soon. Valdis abandoned her conflict with the Void and slashed through the brambles, not even noting how they dissipated once cut.

"Fine." she didn't hesitate further, ignoring the Void as it shrieked with rage. "This better work, you idiot," she hissed before kissing him.
