[Well, there's an issue he hasn't had yet. (He's seen just about all the others in the last week, thank you, overzealous Obara engineers.) Hopefully she won't mind if he opens the Xa Xa application... "User not found" indeed. Brow furrowed, but his voice is still calm as he checks the software.]

Have you tried logging into your account from one of the stationary terminals?
