Nightmares
Wrong.
Sheena was still having nightmares. The images from the four she had seen had begun to overlap with each other and with nightmares she had had previously in the past several days. So much so, that she couldn't recall the last time she had had a full night's sleep.
Tonight, she's not even going to try to go back to sleep. Instead, she's just going to go to another part of the apartment as quietly as possible so she doesn't wake up her roommates. It doesn't matter where--just away from her bed and the visions associated with it for now.
Unfortunately, lack of sleep plus disturbing dreams equals one less-than-careful ninja and she runs into something with a distinct noise. And she in turn, begins cursing loudly before clapping her hand over her own mouth.
"Damn," she mutters. So much for "quietly".

He had spent a good chunk of his life in a dangerous land, and while he didn't exactly have adrenaline the way a fleshy person would, old habits died hard.
"What? What is it?" Trahearne asked urgently, but also so drowsy that, in combination with his accent, it might not be easy to understand him.

Of course, that doesn't happen, and she makes her presence known with a quiet whisper--that really doesn't hide the fact that she's disturbed by something.
"It's all right, Trahearne." He is hard to understand, but given the situation, she can guess what he said. "It's just me."

Nothing dangerous, he's certain. But that doesn't mean nothing unpleasant.
"Everyone okay?"

"M'fine," he managed, blinking blearily. "But there was a fuss." Trahearne reached over to turn on a small lamp on the nightstand next to his bed, brightening the room enough to see by.

So, basically a warning that they'll probably happen again.
The light in the room allows her to see what she had run into and she chuckles ruefully. "Of course I'd run into my own things," she says, pointing to some of her boxed items. "I must have really been out of it to forget they were there."
Returning to her bed, she sits heavily, her cheeks reddening. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to wake you guys."

He hesitates, then moves toward the kitchen. "My old roo—er, one of my old roommates used to make pretty good tea. Anyone want some?" Of course, what he isn't saying is that he never exactly got Sho to teach him how to make it like he did, but hey. Tea's tea, right?
On the way there, he considers asking what the nightmare was about, but that...that's probably a thing that would come with time. Especially considering Sheena seems a little embarrassed about it, if he's not mistaken.

Trahearne scooted to the edge of his bed, still squinting a little in the lamp light. Considering he never shed the leaves he wore as clothing, he was technically always fully dressed, even if he was a bit rumpled-looking at the moment. The fronds on top of his head were sticking upwards at odd angles, and he hadn't at all noticed it yet.
"Sheena, you speak as though this isn't an unusual occurrence. Is there something troubling you that might be causing your nightmares?"

She turns at the question and for a moment, almost falls back into the habit of shrugging it off and concern away. But she doesn't. It wouldn't be fair to her roommates. Or to her.
"Well, I've been having nightmares ever since I was younger; they were memories, too." That "too" should be a clue as to what may be troubling her. "Tonight, they joined in with my more recent ones."
